Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Returns are subject to review upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll take care of it.

Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund—quickly and at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

If you decide an item isn’t for you:

  • Return shipping is handled by the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
